Partner, co-founder and chairman of Pollux Capital. Paulo has been managing portfolios of hedge funds since 1997. Previously, he was a board member of the Synergy Fund (currently 3G Capital). He also worked as an equity analyst at Dynamo Administração de Recursos from 1995 to 1996. Paulo is a member of the Board of Directors of Lojas Americanas, AB Inbev, Ambev, Gera, Lemann Foundation and the international board of Lone Pine Capital.
Partner and Portfolio Manager of Pollux Capital. Patrick was a partner and board member of XP Investimentos and CEO of XP Gestão from 2012 to 2015. Previously, he was the partner of Pollux Capital in charge of investments in global assets. He started his career at Banco Pactual, where he worked for 15 years – the last 8 of them as the partner in charge of equity investments at Pactual Asset. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics at UFRJ, has an Executive MBA in Finance from IBMEC and is a CFA charterholder.
Partner and co-founder of Pollux Capital where he is responsible for investor relations and operations, compliance, and managing the company. Prior to that he was a Senior Executive at Accenture where he worked for 15 years. At Accenture, he led the Risk Management / Loss Prevention Service Line within Latin America for the Utilities and Mining sectors. The main focus of his consulting activities was on strategy analysis, process and organization design. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree (telecommunications) from PUC-RJ, a graduate marketing degree from ESPM, and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC.
Leandro became a partner in April 2013. He is the head of the Operational Team at Pollux Capital, being responsible for management and operational controls. Before joining Pollux Capital, he worked at Icatu Hartford for three years, where he was a member of the back-office team as an intern and then became an analyst of Risk management. He holds a BS degree in Economic Sciences from UFF.
Tainá is an executive assistant at Pollux Capital since June 2016. Previously, she worked as intern at Senso Corretora. She also worked at Gradual Investimentos as IR Analyst for four years. Tainá holds a Bachelor degree in Administration from Universidade Estacio de Sá.
